Quality boots best ones ever, prompt delivery as promised.

They fit perfectly, are very comfortable and are also well made. I have 2 pairs and will definitely be adding some more.

Super fast order processing and delivery, everything really well packaged, really satisfied with the shoes as well! They feel like great value for money.

My only major problem is that the fit is very different for each shoe. I bought 3 different pairs in the same size (from different lines, not 3 different colours of the same shoe) and it's a bit of a Goldilocks situation--one pair is a bit too big, one pair is a bit too snug, and one is absolutely spot-on perfection.

Overall they all fit and are comfy, and I assume the disparity is because the size doesn't take into account the material the shoe is made from. The snug pair are fur-lined, and the too-loose pair are a very thin, lightweight, synthetic canvas.

I love them all though, they look great, are super comfy to walk in, even the ones that don't fit quite right, and I get to keep the bulky aesthetic of the shoes without them weighing an absolute ton!

Packaged well, have had these before and just wanted another pair which were exactly as expected.

Quick delivery and great boots. This is my forth pair of Palladium boots the designs, size, fit and comfort are the best. They are my go to boots and will definitely be ordering again.

The Customer Service team at Palladiumboots were extremely helpful. I email to see if a pair of boots were coming back in stock, unfortunately, they were sold out, but I received a prompt reply and was also given a discount voucher for future use.
I was lucky to eventually find the boots I was looking for and got them for a great price.

Love these boots, I usually have to wear boots in but these were comfortable from day 1. I sized up half a size as I like them a touch looser but I would say they’re true to size.

Great styles across the range and quality from every pair. Some years since my last Palladium and I'm about to buy another pair again only two weeks after my recent delivery! Not sure why I had that gap!! I should always have a pair (or two) to grab.

Beautiful boots. As I was going for practicality and style these boots fit the bill. However the only criticism I have that on delivery (which was efficient with tracking information) the receipt was stuck to the outside of the box with all my personal contact details, I don't think this is great for data protection. If it wasn't for this, I would have given 5 stars
